LFITM respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data the website collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, to answer your request. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box.
- Technical data: the host keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page) for security, for a limited period.
- The site does not use advertising or audience-tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to answer, and at most 12 months. Admission applications are made on the separate registration platform (lyceesfrancaisabudhabi.com), which has its own privacy terms.
Who receives it
Only the LFITM staff in charge of answering your request. The site is hosted by IONOS SE in the European Union. Your data is never sold or passed on for marketing.
Embedded content
Some pages show content from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode), Google Maps, Google Forms and Instagram. These services may set their own cookies when you view or use that content.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to accueil.ltm@aflec-fr.org. We reply within 30 days.
