Supplies and textbooks

The 2026–2027 supply and textbook lists are available below. All French and English books can be ordered from Culture & Co, online with home delivery. Please order early for a smooth start to the year.

Important – iPads. Since 26 June 2026, Apple has raised iPad prices worldwide because of higher component costs, notably memory and storage chips. In the UAE the increase is about AED 600 depending on the model.

Uniforms

Wearing the uniform is part of school life at LFITM. It builds a sense of belonging, promotes equality between students and represents the school.

Note: the new uniforms are being introduced gradually as existing stock runs out.

After-school programme

LFITM’s after-school programme supports each child’s personal development: their sensitivity, their intellectual and physical abilities, and their involvement in community life. It is open to all students who want to make the most of their free time.

The Saadiyat campus has outstanding sports and cultural facilities: an auditorium, a swimming pool, gymnasiums, and basketball, volleyball and football courts.

School catering

LFITM works with Food Nation, its catering partner, to offer varied, flexible meals focused on students’ well-being and nutritional needs.

• Kindergarten to CP: complete meal trays ordered by families and delivered to the classroom.
• CE1 to CM2: a hot cafeteria-style counter in the primary canteen.
• CM1 and CM2: access to the “Grab & Go” corner in the secondary canteen.
• Simple ordering through the SPARE app.
• In Kindergarten, the lunch box option remains available.

School transport

Families who would like to use the school bus service can register online.

LFITM offers a paid door-to-door school bus service for Saadiyat campus students, operated by Elite School Buses Transportation.

• Home–school trips morning and afternoon, within an area around the school, with journeys under one hour.
• Supervision and safety: an English-speaking attendant rides with the driver on every bus. Seats have belts adjusted to children’s size; PS families provide car seats.
• Regulations: each bus carries 22 to 33 students, in line with DOT standards. iPads must stay in school bags on the bus.
• Organisation: routes and times are planned for smooth journeys; punctuality at stops is essential.

Conditions. The service is open to all students who do not need medical assistance during the journey. Registration means accepting the school transport rules; the school may suspend access if they are not respected.

Registration and payment. Transport fees are paid to the LFITM accounts office on behalf of Elite School Buses Transportation. Families living outside Abu Dhabi island are contacted directly by the company.

School hours

The school week runs from Monday to Friday on the Saadiyat campus.

All LFITM students, from Kindergarten to high school, must attend school and respect school hours.
